JASON R. SNIDER - Criminal Defence - B.A., L.L.B
Jason has been practicing law since 2000. He worked as a Crown Prosecutor from 2002 to 2014. Jason has prosecuted and defended some of the most serious and complex types of cases including Murders, Robberies, Frauds, Sexual Assaults, Drug Trafficking and Break and Enters.
Jason was formerly a search warrant instructor for the police. He was also a designated agent for the Canadian government for wiretaps. Jason joined the firm in August 2014 and provides clients with representation for all levels of criminal and drug-related charges. .
Norm KELLY - Criminal Defence L.L.B.
Mr. Norm Kelly has practiced primarily in the Calgary and Central Alberta area prior to joining Red Deer Law Group. He has nearly 30 years of practice knowledge and experience. Mr. Kelly was a Crown Attorney for nearly 20 years and utilizes that extensive knowledge on how ‘Prosecutor’s prosecute’, to achieve the best possible result for his clients. He has personally handled over 50,000 files and conducted more that 5,000 trials. He takes great pride in providing his professional services with understanding and compassion and looks forward to working with you.
BONNIE EWING - Criminal Defence. B.A., L.L.B.
Bonnie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She then went on to obtain her law degree from Queen's University. She practiced in Kingston, Ontario after she was called in 2002.
Bonnie made the move back to Alberta in 2004 where she opened a practice in Stettler. After taking a break from practicing law Bonnie returned to the profession in January of 2020.
Bonnie is an independent laywer practicing under the Red Deer Law Group umbrella
